Proof of interlock installation is mandatory for an Interlock License. 

Haven't had a driver's license in over 5 years? Call us before following this guide.

Items Required: Photo ID and vehicle registration, title or purchase agreement, two proof of address (utility bill, bank/credit card statement, paystub, tax statement, letter from governmental agency, rental agreement, etc)

Items Required: Interlock Contract, MVD Affidavit and Proof of Insurance listing you on the policy and two proof of address.

That's it! Now visit any MVD or MVD Express/MVD Now office with your paperwork, pay a $113 fee and have your interlock license issued.

The Draeger XT provides excellent reliability, accuracy and durability in a compact, time tested and court proven package... It's also incredibly easy to use even for people with Asthma or other respiratory issues. 

I don't plan on ever getting another interlock; but if I did I would definitely go back to Hi-Tech. They made my year requirement as smooth as possible.
